Proof Policy

Depending on the item you purchase (please see below) you may be sent a sample to check prior to us finalising your order. We do not automatically send a proof for all items however if you'd like to see one we are very happy to share a preview, just let us know in the 'add a note' box at checkout.

We will always email a sample for you to check if you order one of the following: 

  • stickman family print
  • timeline

If you order any of our other prints (including line maps and pushpin maps) we will not email a sample unless:

  • you request one OR
  • we need to check something with you before finalising

Samples will be sent to your email address within 1-2 days of placing your order (we are normally quite quick) from so please make sure you allow emails from this address. 

If we send a sample we always wait for you to confirm before finalising so to avoid any delays please keep an eye out. PS check your junk or spam folder too as on occasion we have ended up there (if that's the case please remove us we are definitely not junk)    

Returns and Exchanges

As all our products are personalised we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items that are not incorrect or defective.

It is our number one priority to make sure you are 100% happy with your order, if your item arrives incorrect or damaged please let us know and we will send out a replacement asap.

If you made a mistake with your personalisation we're happy to send you a corrected item at a small charge to cover the cost of materials and shipping.

In the event of a lost item we will send a replacement at no charge to you (UK orders must allow 10 business days and International orders must allow 30 business days, after which an item would be classed as lost).
