How do I personalise my order?

Please enter all the details for your print in the 'add a note' box provided on the checkout page when placing your order. The information needed is outlined in the item description. Alternatively if you prefer to email the details our email address is info@beehappyart.co.uk

Will I receive a proof of my design before it is printed and dispatched?

It depends which print you are purchasing... if you are buying a timeline or a stickman family print a sample is always sent for you to check prior to finalising. If you are buying any of our other prints we will only email you a sample if we need to check something with you, or if you request to see one (please don't hesitate to ask).

Samples will be sent to your email address within 1-2 days of placing your order from info@beehappyart.co.uk so please ensure you allow emails from this address (please also check your junk or spam folder as occasionally we end up in there).

If we send a sample we always wait for you to confirm before finalising so to avoid any delays please keep an eye out.

What framing options do you offer?

Our line maps and pushpin maps include a black or white frame of your choice.

For our 8x10 and 11x14 size prints we offer a black or white frame option which can be selected from the drop down box within the listing.

PLEASE NOTE: The frame for both print sizes is the same therefore the 8x10 prints will include a white mount and the 11x14 prints will not include a mount. (There is a photo in each image gallery which shows the difference.)

I am framing myself, what size frame do I need?

We offer the following 2 print sizes which require different frame sizes:

8x10 inches Designed to fit any frame with 8x10'' mount (or matt) opening

11x14 inches Designed to fit any Designed to fit any frame with 11x14'' mount (or matt) opening

In both cases the fabric is slightly larger than the image size so you will have plenty of room when mounting your print.

Alternatively you may choose to buy a frame with no mount to fit the exact size of your print, in which case you will then need to trim the print to fit the frame which is easily done with a sharp pair of scissors.

We always include the above information with every print we send out so you have it to hand when selecting your frame, however if you need any further assistance on frames/sizes please get in touch, we are very happy to help.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The time it takes us to make your order varies however most items are ready to ship in 1-3 days apart from our stickman family prints, which are ready to ship in 3-5 days. [During busier times these can be longer, the most up to date processing times can be found under the shipping information tab.]

Once your order is dispatched the estimated delivery times are:

UK 2-3 business days
Europe 3-5 business days
Everywhere else 5-7 business days

While the majority of the time we find our items do arrive within these time frames please note they are not guaranteed. International orders must allow 25 business days as occasionally items can get held up in customs.

What if there is a mistake with my order?

If the error is on our part we will send you a corrected item straight away. If you made a mistake with your personalisation please get in touch, we will send you a corrected item at a small charge to cover the cost of materials and shipping.

Do you make larger map sizes?

We would love to offer larger map sizes and are working towards being able to offer them in the future, however at this time the largest map we can offer is 11x14.''

Can I choose my map pin colours?

I'm afraid we cannot supply individual colours... each pushpin map includes a box of 100 mixed colour map pins with 9 colours in total (listed below) and approximately 11 of each colour so hopefully enough to get you started. {Colours are: red, dark blue, light blue, orange, yellow, green, pink, white & purple}

Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes absolutely if you'd like to send an item directly to someone as a gift just let us know. We'd love to include a personalised message and gift wrap for you, be sure to update the shipping address to the recipient's address.
